Turkey's first office complex built on international standards
Yapı Kredi Plaza was originally built in 1989 by the Koray Group as a triple-tower complex. The fourth tower, which serves as the headquarters of Yapı Kredi Bank, was added to the complex in 1999.
Situated in the Levent district and acknowledged to be one of İstanbul's leading business centers, Yapı Kredi Plaza is the choice of Turkey's leading national and international concerns. In 1996 Yapı Kredi Koray invested in 20 units occupying ten stories of the plaza's A and C blocks. Five floors in A Block were sold in February 2005. The remaining ones are currently occupied by such well-known tenants as Akis SMM, Akşam Pazarlama, Gide Loyrette Nouel, Bener Hukuk Bürosu and Koray İnşaat.
